Like many of my clients, my journey began in my 20s, during transitions that left me wanting to shut down. What I learned is that the only way out was through, and that “through” took more courage and vulnerability than I thought I had. Along the way, I discovered what Marianne Williamson once said: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." My path taught me that I am worthy, capable, and never truly alone.

Yoga was the first place I felt that truth. It gave me a way to breathe through pain and reconnect with myself when words weren’t enough. Over time, it became not just a movement but a daily practice of aligning body, spirit, and action.
EMDR came later, first as a client. It helped me release the memories and beliefs that kept me stuck and replace them with truths I could finally live from: I am enough. I am whole. I am free.
These two practices reshaped my life and now form the foundation of True Flow Wellness, so I can walk alongside clients as they rediscover the same strength within themselves.
To face transitions that leave you disoriented. To carry the weight of expectations you can’t meet, especially the ones you place on yourself. And I also know what it’s like to come through it. To discover that breakdowns aren’t failures, but initiations into a truer, freer self. To learn that when you stop fighting against life, you can finally move with it in flow.
That’s the spirit I bring into every session. I’ll name what I see with calm compassion, but never from a place of judgment. I don’t look for what’s broken, I look for what’s already right within you.
My role is to hold space, reflect back your truth, and believe in your strength until you can see it for yourself.
